BlueView Talent seeks a Customer Specialist within a Banking Project in Porto, Portugal. You will assist customers across phone, email, chat, and digital channels, delivering accurate information and efficient support.

In a bilingual environment, you’ll use German (C1/C2) and English (B2) to help clients with bank accounts, transactions, and digital services while following security and compliance guidelines.

Formación

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, cards, transactions, payments, and digital banking platforms.
• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain services, processes, and account-related information.
• Provide accurate information while adhering to internal policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and transaction-related questions professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Support customers with online banking and account access issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Protect confidential customer information and follow data protection procedures.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
