Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, cards, transactions, payments, and digital banking.
• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain services and account information.
• Adhere to internal policies, security protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions promptly.
• Handle concerns, complaints, and transaction-related questions, escalating when necessary.
• Support customers with online banking, account access, and card usage issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Protect confidential information following data protection procedures.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training on banking products and compliance requirements.

• Support customers experiencing difficulties with online banking, account access, card usage, and other banking services.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
