Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Content Moderator to help maintain a safe online space in Porto. You will review user-generated content (text, images, videos, links) to ensure compliance with rules and community standards, while supporting appeals and working with a multilingual team.

The role requires German C1/C2 and English B2, plus EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. Relocation assistance and onsite opportunities are offered to the right candidate.

Qualificações

• German language proficiency C1/C2 required.
• English proficiency B2 required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience required.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities expected.
• Willingness to learn and grow in moderation role.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate content across text, images, videos and links to ensure alignment with platform rules.
• Apply community standards by identifying and removing offensive, inappropriate, or harmful material.
• Address user appeals with clarity and professionalism, upholding transparency in moderation decisions.
• Collaborate with team to meet regulatory and policy compliance standards.
• Monitor user activity and trends to proactively flag issues and improve safety measures.
• Contribute insights to enhance moderation tools and operational efficiency.
