Cross Border Talents seeks a German Content Reviewer to join our Porto team. You will assess user-generated content for compliance with platform rules, remove harmful material, and handle user appeals with clear, professional communication.

Collaboration with the team ensures regulatory alignment and proactive safety improvements. Required are German C1/C2 and English B2, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least one year in customer support.

Qualificações

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in moderation field.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform rules.
• Identify and remove offensive or harmful material per standards.
• Address user appeals with clarity and professionalism.
• Collaborate to meet regulatory and policy compliance standards.
• Monitor user activity to flag issues and improve safety measures.
• Contribute insights to improve moderation tools and operations.
