Qualifications

• Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level.

• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• At least one year of experience in content moderation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor content to ensure it follows company policies and regulations.
• Review user submissions with accuracy, cultural awareness, and fairness.
• Maintain consistent quality while supporting platform safety for buyers and sellers.
• Adapt to policy changes and shifting priorities, following workflows.
• Identify and elevate sensitive or complex cases using internal procedures.
• Stay informed on moderation best practices, product updates, and industry standards.
