Cross Border Talents is hiring a German E-Commerce Content Moderator in Lisbon to ensure safe and trustworthy listings. You will review user-generated content to align with guidelines, legal requirements, and internal policies, helping maintain a high-quality shopping experience for a global audience.

The role requires German (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least one year in moderation. The package includes a welcome bonus and onsite opportunities.

Qualificações

German language at C1/C2 level.
English language at B2 level.
At least 1 year of experience in content moderation.
EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

Review and assess content across the platform for policy alignment.
Analyze user submissions with accuracy and cultural awareness.
Maintain high quality standards and platform safety.

Flag and escalate complex or sensitive content.
