Job summary

Adecco Recursos Humanos in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our finance-focused team. The role requires AML/CTF knowledge and hands-on KYC/EDD experience in financial services or risk consulting, with strong German and English language skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in KYC, EDD, AML, Transaction Monitoring or Compliance.
Experience in financial services or risk consulting is a plus.
Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) are mandatory.

Responsibilities

Adhere to set performance expectations (SLAs, quality standards).
Actively obtain up-to-date knowledge of client's AML policies, instructions and routines.
Identify and highlight procedural and/or knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities within the scope of responsibilities.
Engage with relevant stakeholders on operational issues and opportunities for improvement in a structured, cohesive, and constructive manner.
