CBT in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Legal Advisor for German and English-speaking customers. This on-site role blends customer service with basic legal awareness to ensure compliant, clear communications across all client interactions.

The position runs for 6 months with a fixed term contract and a schedule Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (Portuguese time), with weekends off. Competitive compensation includes base salary, bonus, and allowances.

Job Title: Legal Advisor German & English (Customer Service Support)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal On-Site

Start Date: 4 December 2025

Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term

Join a leading Airline Company in Lisbon as a Legal Advisor supporting German and English-speaking customers. This role combines customer service proficiency with legal awareness, ensuring clients receive accurate, clear, and compliant assistance in all communications.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays) 08:00 to 17:00 (Portuguese time)

Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: 1,100 gross/month x14 payments per year
• Performance bonus: 150 gross/month x12 payments per year
• Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day
• Transport allowance: 20 per month
• Health insurance from Day 1 (with a small monthly contribution free after 6 months)
