Devoteam is seeking a Developer specialized in Contact Center solutions to join our team in Portugal. You will design, develop, and maintain voice architectures and integrations using Genesys On-Premise or Diabolocom, collaborating across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in development or integration with voice networks, APIs, and OO languages (Java/C#/Node.js). Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and experience with IVR/Routing is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in development, integration, or architecture with Genesys On-Premise or Diabolocom.
• Academic background or proven technical experience in Telecommunications (voice networks, VoIP, SIP, SIP Trunking, PBX).
• Experience in building IVR trees and Routing rules (knowledge of VXML or SCXML is highly valued).
• Solid experience in consuming and creating APIs for system integration, and proficiency in at least one OO programming language (Java, C#, Node.js).
• Excellent communication skills and ease in working with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Sales, Operations).
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (French is not mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations and solutions in a Genesys On-Premise or Diabolocom environment.
• Configure and optimize interaction flows (IVR, ACD, Routing) using core platform tools (Genesys Composer, IRD).
• Develop integrations between the Contact Center infrastructure and external systems (CRMs, ERPs, Databases) using REST APIs, Webhooks, and Platform SDKs.
• Analyze, validate, and audit platform configurations, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the telephone operations.
• Support the full technical project lifecycle: requirements gathering (scoping), build, testing phase, and production deployment.
• Act as a technical liaison between the Development, Product, BI, and Operations teams.
• Provide advanced technical support for the platform, assisting management and cross-border teams in incident resolution.
• Collaborate on data structuring for reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement processes of the Contact Center.
• Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and ensure the training of technical teams whenever necessary.
