A Concentrix, com sede em Porto, procura um Contabilista Geral para assegurar a precisão dos registos e apoiar o processo de Record-to-Report. O candidato ideal tem experiência em journal entries, reconciliações e fechos mensais, bem como capacidade de colaborar com equipas internacionais.

Oferece contrato permanente, horário de 9h-18h, seguro de saúde desde o primeiro dia e oportunidades de desenvolvimento de carreira numa localização central no Porto.

Qualificações

• Experiência em contabilidade geral e processos R2R.
• Consolidação de reconciliações e encerramento mensal/anual.
• Experiência em ambientes internacionais com múltiplas entidades.

Responsabilidades

• Preparar e contabilizar entradas de diário, accruals e prepayments.
• Suportar fechos de mês e de ano com relatórios financeiros precisos.
• Conduzir reconciliações de contas do balanço e investigar discrepâncias.
• Colaborar com partes internas em vários países/entidades.
• Dar apoio a auditorias internas/externas e atividades de Intercompany.

What you will do in this role

As a General Ledger Accountant, you will:

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Maintain and monitor General Ledger accounts, ensuring completeness and integrity of financial data.
• Support intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations and resolution of outstanding balances across multiple entities.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting activities, onboarding processes, and entity management tasks when required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different countries and business units to ensure compliance with accounting processes and reporting requirements.
• Support audit requests and provide documentation required for internal and external audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable activities, including payment processing, vendor-related queries, and bank-related tasks when necessary.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluent in English (written and spoken at C1/C2 level).
• Have an academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Have previous experience in General Ledger accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Financial Accounting roles.
• Have hands‑on experience with accruals, journal entries, prepayments, reconciliations, and month‑end closing activities.
• Have experience working in international environments, supporting multiple countries, entities, or legal structures.
• Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Have exposure to Accounts Payable processes, payments, and banking activities, with the ability to provide operational backup support when required.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Are able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
