Minacs is seeking a Senior O2C Specialist for their Med Equipment Project in Porto, Portugal. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence through effective order management, billing, and cash application.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in German and English, alongside 5–7 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical skills and leadership qualities. The company offers a competitive salary, permanent contract, and relocation assistance.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Lead and perform O2C operations including order management and billing.
• Prepare AR aging reports and drive collection strategies.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated disputes.
• Ensure compliance with audit and financial standards.
• Drive process automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in German (C2 level)

Proficiency in English (C1 level)

5–7 years experience in O2C/AR/Finance Operations

Deep knowledge of O2C processes

What you will do in this role

• Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and review AR aging reports, drive collection strategies, and reduce DSO.
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms.
• Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS and tax implications.
• Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives.
• Support month‑end & quarter‑end closing, reconciliations, and reporting to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists to build a strong team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Treasury, Tax).
