Concentrix in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Senior O2C Specialist on-site to drive order-to-cash operations, billing, collections, and dispute resolution. You will lead processes, improve efficiency, and ensure client expectations are met across operations.

The role requires 5–7 years in O2C/AR/Finance Operations, leadership experience, and strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday). Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) are essential, as is advanced Excel and stakeholder management.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application, and disputes
• Prepare and review AR aging reports; drive collection strategies and reduce DSO
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships and negotiate payment terms
• Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, IFRS and tax implications
• Drive process automation and efficiency initiatives; support month-end closing and reporting
• Mentor junior O2C specialists and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury, Tax

What you will do in this role

As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will:

• Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and Review AR aging reports, drive collection strategies, and reduce DSO.
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms.
• Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS and tax implications.
• Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives.
• Support month-end & quarter-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists to build a strong team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Treasury, Tax).

• Have 5-7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Have hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday).
