The role requires a Master’s degree and strong experience in IT Quality Management, ISO standards, and industry regulations.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field. Experience supporting and driving IT Quality Management activities, including quality processes, compliance, audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality metrics reporting. Proficient in IT Quality Management frameworks and best practices, including CMMI, ITIL, GAMP5, and Computer Systems Validation (CSV). Familiar with industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GMP, and MDR, with experience in SAP Signavio and GMS Canea considered a strong advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to work effectively as a team player. Available to Travel.
