Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Applied Science Manager for its GenAIIC in Portugal. You will direct a diverse team of data/research/applied scientists and ML engineers to build state-of-the-art generative AI models and pipelines, while serving as the technical face of AWS to customers and partners.

You will drive adoption, shape long-term relationships with key accounts, and guide architecture decisions across projects of varying size and complexity.

Qualificações

• Experience building, managing, and scaling AI/ML teams.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams of scientists, architects and engineers.
• Strong communication with senior technical and management audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive adoption of generative AI solutions with customers and key accounts.
• Coach and grow a specialist team of Scientists, Architects, and Engineers.
• Identify reusable assets and influence product direction with customer feedback.
• Drive revenue growth and lead customer engagements with a strategic focus.
