Job summary

Solvay is seeking an AI Champion to drive ML, GenAI, LLMs and Agentic AI within its PMO and Process Improvement team. You will apply advanced AI in Microsoft Azure, partner with colleagues across functions to embed AI into enterprise workflows, and ensure governance and ethics in all AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data science and GenAI, with strong Python and ML framework skills, and a track record of delivering scalable AI solutions in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Relevant education degree in Business Informatics, Data Science and AI or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science, GenAI and Agentic AI-focused roles.
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based AI deployment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply ML, GenAI and Agentic AI technologies within Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Build and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications with scalability.
• Design, develop and deploy advanced ML models and AI solutions for business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into workflows.
• Ensure ethical AI, data governance and security standards.
