adidas Group seeks a GBS-focused professional to analyze and enhance end-to-end processes across procurement, legal, and shared services. You will collaborate with Global Legal, GBS teams, and external providers to drive efficiency and standardized operations.

The role requires strong project management, data analysis, and the ability to navigate international workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic priorities.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Legal, IT or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in GBS/Shared Services preferred
• Understanding of global market landscape and customers

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and develop end-to-end processes within GBS Procurement and Legal
• Drive transformation initiatives and align KPIs/OKRs
• Lead medium-sized projects with time, cost, and quality targets
• Support Legal tools and processes (e.g., Legal Tracker, DocuSign)
• Ensure standardized data management and data quality
• Collaborate with Global Legal and GBS teams globally
