adidas seeks a Supplies Chain Systems & Analytics Director to drive GPS system strategy across SCM and reporting functions, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. You will lead a team of experts and project managers, aligning with Global Product Supply and Logistics stakeholders.

Candidate will bring 8+ years in supply chain management, strong expertise in Power BI, SAP S4/IBP, and data analytics, and a track record of leading large-scale SAP/IBP initiatives.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Strong business background in planning, purchasing and fulfillment.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management with team lead expertise.
• Proven experience with process redesigning.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and collaborate within S4 and IBP implementations. Define and create process proposals and align with stakeholders for sign-off.
• Ensure GPS and SCM strategies are adhered to; secure resources and communicate progress.
• Lead GPS teams and cross-functional partners to improve processes and harmonize opportunities.
• Monitor and govern the GPS system portfolio for performance and continuity.
• Define and lead the implementation of Process Performance Indicators within assigned area of responsibility.
• Provide in-depth analysis and data insights to resolve issues and support process changes.
