adidas is seeking a Finance Process Expert within Global Business Services (GBS) to design and optimize end-to-end processes for the I2C stream, including credit, collections and cash application. You will drive standardization, automation and data-driven improvements across markets.

The role requires strong experience in GBS environments, SAP FI/CO knowledge, and ability to collaborate with corporate finance and market teams. Travel readiness is preferred and a global mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in GBS/Shared Services environments.
• Experience with I2C scope – credit, collection and dispute management, cash application.
• Understanding of the consumer goods industry.
• Ability to design, map and improve processes with compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, develop and adjust end-to-end processes and services to meet I2C goals and KPIs.
• Lead transformation initiatives and drive process standardization and automation.
• Manage and execute process improvements on demand and program roadmaps.
• Support tool selection and systems changes per architectural requirements.
• Ensure data quality and standardized reporting across regions.
