adidas Group's GBS Porto Delivery Excellence seeks a Regional Business Partner/SPOC to drive regional hub operations and align priorities with Market demand. You will lead process improvements, performance updates and support SAP-enabled initiatives across the hub.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance or related, strong English communication, and willingness to travel 3–4 weeks at a time within an SSC environment.

Qualificações

• University degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Finance or similar.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting or business area.
• End-to-end process knowledge and cross-team interactions.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment or similar.
• Fluent English in business setting.
• Attention to detail and customer orientation.

• Willingness to travel for 3–4 weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Act as regional Business Partner/SPOC.
• Own regional Hub function operations performance updates and action plans.
• Align GBS priorities, roadmap, projects and initiatives with Market/Region demand.
• Drive process improvement, standardization and operational excellence regionally.
• Lead in partnership with GPO implementation/deployment of projects and initiatives.
• Lead testing and bridge between processes and systems (e.g., CFIN, T4M).
• Drive FIT/GAP analysis on relevant E2Es touching their area for GBS.
• Lead troubleshooting defects in partnership with GPOs and Global Hub.
• Provide direct support to Manager and markets in process topics.
• Act as liaison between DE, GPO, Global Hub and others for improvements.
• Support Internal Controls’ implementation and monitoring.
• Drive KPI monitoring and Gemba walks.
• Support audit requests with BPO and GPO.
• Contribute to trainings and upskilling sessions for BPO/Global Hub.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

adidas Global Business Services (GBS) is the engine to drive the transformation to ONE adidas. It is the company's operational backbone, through delivering standard global services, focusing on enhancing customer user experience, and providing consistent skills and quality.

Act as Regional Business Partner/SPOC within the same time zone. Responsible to drive improvement initiatives, quality controls and respective implementation in area of responsibility. Drive KPIs for respective area. Be the main contact for area GPO team, GBS Porto Delivery Excellence and GBS Global Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as regional Business Partner/SPOC
• Own regional Hub function operations performance updates and action plans
• Align GBS priorities, roadmap, projects and initiatives with Market / Region demand
• Drive process improvement, standardization and operational excellence with regional scope for Hub operations function
• Lead in partnership with GPO implementation / deployment of projects and initiatives in a compliant manner (e.g. CFIN, T4M,...)
• Lead the testing and the bridge between processes and systems (e.g. CFIN, T4M,...)
• Drive FIT/GAP analysis on relevant E2Es that touch their area of expertise for the markets in scope of GBS, proposing process changes and /or system updates with the purpose of defining a standard and aligned process, facilitating S4 adoption and performance
• Lead troubleshooting processes’ defects in partinership with GPOs and Global HubMonitor KPI / OKRs and act when needed
• Provide direct support to Manager and markets in process topics
• Act as liaison between DE, GPO, Global Hub and others* to implement process improvements / changes
• Support Internal Controls’ implementation and monitoring
• Drive to KPI monitoring
• Lead Gemba walks and support improvement opportunities identificationDrive audit requests with BPO and GPO
• Provide expertise and make suggestions to improve the quality of trainings or upskilling sessions to BPO and/or Global Hub.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Solid experience with SAP and specific area’s tools
• E2E process knowledge and respective interactions with other teams
• Solid knowledge of continuous improvement tools
• Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and high degree of customer orientation
• Solid interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation; can navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety functions, audiences, management styles, or cultures.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• University degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Finance/ Controlling or similar.
• 5 plus yearsrelevant work experience in the accounting / business area
• Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
