ACCA Careers partners with a growing investment management firm in Lisbon to recruit a Fund Operations & Investor Relations Analyst. The role coordinates day-to-day investor operations, capital calls, distributions and investor communications.

You will support investor relations activities, maintain registers and data room management, and liaise with fund administrators and auditors. Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory for this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or Accounting.
• Around 4+ years of experience in fund operations, asset management, banking, fund administration, private equity or financial services.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day investor operations, including onboarding coordination, investor record maintenance and commitment tracking.
• Prepare and coordinate capital calls, distributions and related investor communications.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for investors following subscription.
• Respond to investor queries and support ongoing investor servicing requirements.
• Maintain investor registers, commitment schedules and fund operational records.
• Support investor relations activities, including preparation of investor materials and coordination of due diligence requests.
• Assist with subscription processes and data room management.
• Coordinate investor reporting, statements and communications.
• Monitor cash receipts, payments and reconciliations related to capital calls and distributions.
• Liaise with fund administrators, depositaries, banks, auditors and other outsourced service providers.
• Support NAV production, regulatory reporting and fund reporting processes.
• Maintain operational procedures and fund administration calendars.

This position will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the investment funds under management, acting as a central point of coordination between investors, fund service providers and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and control-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, structured and capable of working within a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory.
