Itaú Europe in Lisbon is seeking a Funds Analyst to join the Funds team. The role focuses on subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and pricing for mutual, hedge funds and private equity, ensuring accurate processing and timely reporting.

Permanent contract in a dynamic, international environment with growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of funds experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint and SWIFT knowledge.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Funds (Mutual, Hedge Funds and/or Private Equity).
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• SWIFT knowledge.
• Strong attention to details.

Responsabilidades

• Execution of subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, transfer orders, and bookings for mutual, hedge funds and private equity.
• Processing of exchanges, switches, plus any other fund related events.
• Setup and Pricing of fund securities.
• Payment issuance for fund related transactions.
• Investigation of events, liaison with Transfer Agents.
• Transaction status reporting for internal stakeholders.

What does the Operations area do?

It provides service excellence in operations focusing on client needs. We do this by ensuring best practices of execution on services related to Funds, Cash/Securities Management and Settlements, Payments, Reconciliation, and Control of Credit Operational Business, as well as Account Maintenance documentation.
