Itaú Europe in Lisbon is seeking a Funds Analyst to join the Funds team. You will manage subscriptions, redemptions, fund events, and assist with pricing and settlements, working in a fast-paced, international environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in funds, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, SWIFT knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail. This is a permanent, on-site role offering development opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Funds (Mutual, Hedge Funds or Private Equity).
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• SWIFT knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Execution of subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, transfer orders, and bookings for mutual, hedge funds and private equity.
• Processing of exchanges, switches, plus any other fund related events.
• Setup and Pricing of fund securities.
• Payment issuance for fund related transactions.
• Investigation of events, liaison with Transfer Agents; Transaction status reporting.

We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and flexible Funds Analyst to join our Funds team in Lisbon.

What does the Operations area do?

It provides service excellence in operations focusing on client needs. We do this by ensuring best practices of execution on services related to Funds, Cash/Securities Management and Settlements, Payments, Reconciliation, and Control of Credit Operational Business, as well as Account Maintenance documentation.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Payment issuance for fund related transactions;

• Transaction status reporting for internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Funds (Mutual, Hedge Funds and/or Private Equity);
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• SWIFT knowledge;
• Strong attention to details;
