Itaú Europe seeks a Funds Analyst to join the Funds team in Lisbon. The role focuses on processing fund transactions, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with transfer agents to ensure smooth settlements.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in funds, solid Excel/PowerPoint skills, and SWIFT knowledge. This position offers a permanent contract in a fast-paced, international banking environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Funds (Mutual, Hedge Funds and/or Private Equity).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• SWIFT knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Execute subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, transfer orders, and bookings for mutual, hedge funds and private equity.
• Process exchanges, switches, plus any other fund related events.
• Setup and pricing of fund securities.
• Payment issuance for fund related transactions.
• Investigate events, liaise with Transfer Agents.
• Provide transaction status reporting for internal stakeholders.

What does the Operations area do?

It provides service excellence in operations focusing on client needs. We do this by ensuring best practices of execution on services related to Funds, Cash/Securities Management and Settlements, Payments, Reconciliation, and Control of Credit Operational Business, as well as Account Maintenance documentation.

What would be your key responsibilities?
