Job summary

Faber Capital SCR, SA. is seeking a Fund Admin & Operations professional in Lisbon to define and execute fund administration, compliance workflows and backoffice processes. You will work closely with the CFO and external providers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting calendars, capital calls, distributions, and operational coordination, with room to influence process improvements across the firm.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has strong procedure definition and execution skills with high rigour and attention to detail.
• They should be comfortable working across finance, admin, operations, and compliance.
• A degree in business, accounting, finance, or management is required.
• 2–4 years in operations, fund administration, compliance, or related roles are preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; able to leverage AI tools for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, document, and improve fund administration and operations processes.
• Coordinate with accountants and external service providers; assist CFO as needed.
• Manage administrative operations, supplier relationships, and office processes.
