Hubclub Go is seeking a SAP Functional Expert P2S to lead the SAP PP and QM areas within a global Core Model in Lisbon. You will participate in international S/4HANA rollouts, from analysis to go-live, and define functional solutions with strong integration focus.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP, deep PP/QM knowledge, and English at C1 level. French is a plus. The position offers a direct client contract, stable environment, and 1 day remote per week.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of SAP implementation and international rollout experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP and QM, including production planning and quality management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA; Fiori and PP-DS a plus.
• Design and evolution of SAP Core Models and Fit to Core methodology.
• Experience with SAP and non-SAP integrations (IDocs, EDI, MES).
• Professional English required (C1); French is a plus.

From our ERPs and CRMs division, we are looking for a SAP Functional Expert P2S for a large end-client in Linhó (Lisbon).

Main responsibilities:

• Functionally lead the SAP PP and QM areas within the global Core Model.
• Participate in international SAP S/4HANA rollouts, from analysis and design to production go-live.
• Analyze needs and gaps, proposing solutions under the Fit to Core strategy.
• Define and validate functional solutions, specifications, and configurations of the SAP PP and QM modules.
• Participate in design workshops, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Provide Level 3 functional support and advice to business and IT teams.
• Coordinate with PMO, technical and functional teams, vendors, and international teams.
• Drive the evolution and continuous improvement of the SAP PP/QM Core Model.
• Collaborate on integrations with other SAP modules, especially eWM, MM, and CO, as well as external solutions and MES systems.

Requirements:

• +10 years of experience in SAP, especially in implementation projects and international rollouts.
• Solid experience in SAP PP and QM, with extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management, and master data.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and, desirable, knowledge of Fiori and PP-DS.
• Experience in design and evolution of SAP Core Models and Fit to Core methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP integrations, especially IDocs, EDI, TIBCO, Talend, and MES systems.
• Ability to read and understand ABAP and, desirable, experience in debugging.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• High level of English (C1).
• French (nice to have).
• Analytical capacity, autonomy, results orientation, and good communication and coordination skills.
