Loop Future is seeking a Senior Fullstack Technical Lead to drive development of cloud-based software for a critical DMP program. You will lead design, implementation, and the adoption of best practices across frontend and backend teams, while coordinating with architects and Product Owners in a hybrid Porto environment.

The role requires deep expertise in .NET and Angular, cloud-native patterns, CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing, with strong collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software engineering with fullstack focus.
• 7+ years frontend and backend with .NET and Angular.
• Fluency in English, level B2.
• Strong Agile and Scrum experience.
• Cloud-native development on Azure with IaC and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automated testing and enterprise integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software solutions for the DMP program.
• Build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for deployment.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, and compliance of business-critical systems, including L3 production support.

About Role

We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and drive the development of modern cloud-based software solutions for a critical DMP program. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, resilient, and secure business-critical systems while collaborating closely with architects and Product Owners. This is a senior leadership-level engineering role requiring deep expertise in fullstack development, cloud-native architectures, and robust automation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software solutions for the DMP program.
• Build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for application and infrastructure deployment.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, and compliance of business-critical systems, including L3 production support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, participate in user story refinement, support the Product Owner, and design solutions in collaboration with architects.
• Collaborate with other DMP feature teams and global teams.
• Drive complex problem-solving, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and support strategic decisions with technical insights and risk assessments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total software engineering experience.
• Minimum 7 years of FrontEnd and Backend experience developing modern software solutions with .NET and Angular.
• Fluency in English - minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
• Strong background working with Agile software development methodologies and Scrum-based delivery.
• Practical experience with cloud-native development on the Azure platform, "CI/CD" Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and Kubernetes concepts.
• Proven ability in automated code testing (including unit tests, integration tests, and frontend testing) and designing solutions with architects.
• Strong experience with message brokers such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar and real-time/event-driven processing such as Kafka Streams, Stream Analytics or other.
• Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, along with experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
