You will lead hands-on development, mentor teams, and collaborate with product owners across international projects in a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Dynamics 365 experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customizations
• Hands-on Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Automation)
• Understanding of DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices
• Experience with solution design and requirements analysis
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to join an international technology team delivering innovative business solutions in a modern Microsoft ecosystem.

This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and solution design. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to build and evolve enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 applications while guiding technical best practices across multiple projects.
