Tenth Revolution Group in Lisbon is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our technology hub. The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership to drive large-scale digital transformation in the energy sector.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setting, customize Dynamics 365, build integrations via REST APIs, and leverage Power Platform for automation. The role offers hybrid work and strong growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Sales or Power Platform development.
• Experience customizing Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows and business rules.
• Experience with REST APIs and Azure services, and with solution design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Developers in an agile environment
• Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions aligned with business objectives
• Customizing Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
• Building and optimizing integrations through REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
• Leveraging Power Platform to deliver business applications and automation
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for efficient deployments
• Monitoring and improving solution performance with Azure tools like Application Insights
• Refactoring and enhancing existing applications to meet modern standards

We're currently supporting a leading European energy company in the search for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join its growing technology hub in Lisbon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 professional who enjoys combining hands‑on development with technical leadership while contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the energy sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Developers in an agile environment
• Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions aligned with business objectives
• Customizing Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
• Building and optimizing integrations through REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
• Leveraging Microsoft Power Platform to deliver business applications and automation solutions
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to support efficient deployments
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving solution performance using Azure tools such as Application Insights
• Refactoring and enhancing existing applications to ensure maintainability and alignment with modern standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, and/or Power Platform development
• Practical experience customizing Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
• Experience with Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, and automation solutions
• Strong understanding of integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
• Knowledge of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, and software development best practices
• Understanding of security principles, design patterns, and scalable application architecture
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and solution‑focused approach
• Professional proficiency in English
