Tenth Revolution Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to join our technology hub. This role blends hands-on Dynamics 365 development with technical leadership, driving digital transformation initiatives in the energy sector.

You'll collaborate with product owners and architects in an agile setting, design and customize Dynamics 365 solutions, and build integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, and software development best practices
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsabilidades

We're currently supporting a leading European energy company in the search for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to join its growing technology hub in Lisbon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 professional who enjoys combining hands-on development with technical leadership while contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the energy sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, and developers in an agile environment
• Designing and implementing business-focused solutions within Dynamics 365
• Customizing Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
• Building and optimizing integrations through REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
• Leveraging the Power Platform to deliver applications and automation solutions
• Driving DevOps best practices, CI/CD implementation, and application performance improvements
• Providing technical leadership and guidance across development teams

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365, ideally within Customer Service
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, and software development best practices
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
