• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 4+ years of server-side Java/Kotlin web apps.
• 4+ years of TypeScript with React.
• Strong CS fundamentals: Big-O, data structures, algorithms.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Relational DB experience: PostgreSQL or MySQL; schema design and tuning.
• Proven experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Cassandra, Kafka.
• Excellent Java concurrency understanding.
• Fluent English; Jira/Atlassian tools.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem solver.
