Accenture PLC is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Braga, Portugal to design, build and maintain modern web applications in an Agile setting. You will leverage React.js and Node.js to deliver high-quality, secure software with a focus on performance and maintainability.

We value hands-on experience with GenAI tooling (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor AI, Microsoft Copilot) and strong communication in English, plus a proactive, collaborative mindset in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years in software development.

Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications in an Agile environment, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, maintainability, and security.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • React.js
  • TypeScript / JavaScript
  • Node.js (Express.js or NestJS)
  • REST APIs
  • SQL and/or NoSQL databases
  • Git, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
• Experience writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

GenAI Requirements

Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:

• GitHub Copilot
• Claude Code
• Cursor AI
• Microsoft Copilot
• Similar GenAI coding assistants

Candidates should be able to leverage GenAI tools for code generation, testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and productivity improvement while maintaining high code quality standards.

Nice to Have

• AWS or Azure
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Microservices architecture
• DevSecOps practices

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Proactive and continuous learning mindset

Minimum Requirements: React, Node.js, 3+ years of experience, experience with GenAI development tools, code quality best practices, and English C1.

Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal
