CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a French-speaking Junior O2C Specialist in Porto, Portugal. The role covers end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, with relocation support available.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and 6+ months of experience in AR/O2C, strong French (C1) and English (C1), and good ERP/Excel skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable/O2C or Finance operations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and ERP systems advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and generate invoices/credit notes; perform daily cash applications; monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices; assist month-end/quarter-end closing and reconciliations; maintain customer master data in ERP.
