Inetum, a European leader in digital services, is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager (French Speaker) in Lisbon to lead a diverse portfolio of security projects across Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development.

You will own initiatives from concept through implementation, manage risks, and report progress with KPIs, while collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and security standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (engineering or related roles).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a results‑driven mindset.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., IAM, Network Security, etc.).
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements from design through implementation.
• Lead project execution with end‑to‑end ownership, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor and report on project progress using key performance indicators, milestones, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, defining and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across teams, promoting best practices and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
