Inetum is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager in Porto to lead a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives from concept through implementation. You will coordinate across Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development to ensure projects align with business objectives and security standards.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in project management, with strong communication and risk-management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (engineering or related roles).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., IAM, Network Security).
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements from design through implementation.
• Lead project execution with end-to-end ownership, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor and report on project progress using key performance indicators, milestones, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, defining and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across teams, promoting best practices and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
