Besthire in Porto, Portugal is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a multilingual consumer brand. Hybrid work model with onboarding and ongoing coaching to help you grow. You will handle inbound queries via phone, chat, and email, log details in the internal system, and escalate complex issues to specialists.
