What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone regarding existing credit accounts and new financing requests. Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions, provide reassurance, and propose the most suitable credit or financing options. Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the overall customer portfolio. Identify and maximize commercial opportunities during each contact (incoming or outgoing). Manage customer cases with accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality, always following internal procedures and security standards. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in every customer interaction.
