Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Braga/Lisbon (Portugal) is seeking a Claims Management Specialist who speaks French to analyze and resolve customer claims and deductions within the Order to Cash (O2C) team. The role reports to the Claims Management Lead Specialist and supports process improvements across markets.

You will handle registrations, categorization of claims, and KPI analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent is preferred
• Fluent in French and strong English are required
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential

Responsabilidades

• Register and classify all customer Claims and Deductions
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement and standardization across markets
• Analyze KPIs on service quality and present in Daily Operational Reviews
• Support root cause analysis and problem solving for deductions
