Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
• Familiar with basic finance terminology (debit/credit rules).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
• Good problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organization and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and resolve customer claims and deductions.
• Register, categorize, and assign claims from customers or internally.
• Support continuous improvement and process standardization across markets.
• Review KPIs and participate in Daily Operational Reviews (DORs).
