Job summary

KCS IT in Porto is seeking an Application Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our hybrid team. You will support production applications, manage incidents, monitor systems and help deployments.

English fluency is mandatory; a Bachelor in Information Systems is required. This mid-level role offers 2 days per week on-site in Porto within a diverse, merit-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years in Application Support or Production Support.
• Experience supporting production-critical applications.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with application monitoring and log analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL and database operations.
