Cross Border Talents in Aveiro, Portugal, is hiring Customer Support Advisors who are native French speakers with English at least B2 to join a global team.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, provide accurate product information, and document interactions. This is a full-time role with paid training and growth opportunities in an international company.

Qualificações

• French level: C1/C2 spoken and written.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Good computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
