Job summary

Worldwiders in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a French & Flemish-speaking Quality Analyst to join its international team. The role focuses on monitoring service quality, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement across operations in a global BPO environment.

The candidate should be fluent in French and Flemish with C2 English, have prior QA experience in a contact centre, and be comfortable working with KPIs and performance data. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quality Analyst within a BPO or Contact Centre is valued.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide constructive and structured feedback.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, reports and performance data.
• Native or fluent French and Flemish.
• C2 level of English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions against defined quality standards.
• Conduct quality assessments and audits.
• Identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide structured and actionable feedback.
• Support coaching and calibration sessions.
• Prepare and analyse quality reports and KPIs.
• Work closely with Operations, Training, and other internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client requirements.
