Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 6 months of hands-on AR/O2C or Finance operations experience.
• Full professional proficiency in French and advanced English.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles; MS Excel experience (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
• Strong customer-service orientation with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Process incoming customer orders via email and inquiries accurately and timely.
• Generate invoices and credit notes; monitor AR aging reports.
• Perform daily cash applications and assist with closings (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Resolve customer queries, follow up on overdue invoices, escalate disputes as needed.
• Maintain updated customer master data in the ERP and support audit requirements.

We are seeking a Junior O2C Specialist to join a dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process while gaining invaluable global market exposure.

What You Will Do:

• Order Processing: Process incoming customer orders via email and inquiries accurately and timely.
• Billing & Invoices: Generate invoices and credit notes in compliance with company policies, and monitor AR aging reports.
• Cash Management: Perform daily cash applications for customer payments and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Customer Support: Resolve simple customer queries, follow up on overdue invoices, and elevate complex disputes when necessary.
• Data & Audits: Maintain updated customer master data within the ERP system and support audit requirements.

What We Look For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience: At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), O2C, or general Finance operations.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in French (written/spoken) and Advanced English (C1 level).
• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of accounting principles, familiarity with MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), and exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a strong plus).
• Soft Skills: Strong customer‑service orientation, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
