Join an international customer support team in Porto, Portugal, providing high-quality assistance to customers in a healthcare-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when handling sensitive or urgent customer situations.

Key Job Details

Location: Porto, Portugal — On-site

Salary: €1,000 gross/month × 14 salaries + €7.63 per working day

Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday — 24/7 rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day)

Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

Accommodation Support: For candidates relocating to Porto from outside Portugal, a accommodation support available in a shared residence, with a convenient contribution deducted from salary.
