Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a French Customer Support Advisor to join a dynamic team in modern installations. The role offers training from day one and a structured path to autonomy while delivering high-quality client support.

The position is full-time in a center-city setting with easy public transport access. A base salary of 1,400 gross monthly (12 months) plus a guaranteed 100+ bonus for the first 3 months, a 9/day meal allowance, and transport reimbursement up to 40

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (native/bilingual).
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills.
