Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C2) required.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card required.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer support.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver prompt, high-quality support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms.
• Assist users with tasks such as setting up accounts, resolving login issues, and managing transactions.
• Troubleshoot tech problems with empathy and professionalism.
• Respond to inquiries with accuracy and urgency, keeping the customer’s needs in focus.
• Follow internal workflows to maintain service standards and share feedback for improvements.
