CB Talents in Braga is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service agent for Consumer Credit. You will handle existing credit inquiries and new financing requests, guiding customers toward suitable offers and building trusted relationships.

The role is on-site in Braga, 6-month contract, rotating shifts Monday–Saturday, with a gross salary of €930 paid 14 times per year plus a €155 performance bonus; fluency in French is required and English is not needed.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C2) for customer service.
• Experience in consumer credit is a plus.

Responsabilidades
