KultureTalent - Global Talent is seeking a French Content Moderator for night shifts in Lisbon. The role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content across platforms, enforcing guidelines, and addressing moderation inquiries to ensure safe online spaces.

The position is onsite in Lisbon, full-time (40h/week), with night hours from 23:00 to 07:00 and rotational days off. Fluency in French and English is required; the candidate should be dynamic, proactive and possess strong judgment.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Review and moderate user-generated content across various digital platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Identify and upscale content that violates terms of service, copyright laws, or poses potential risks to users.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and online safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in French & English
• Dynamic and Proactive
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
• Based in Lisbon/surrounds (This position is onsite).
• Able to immediate start
