Siemens Energy in Bucharest seeks an FP&A professional for Cost Center Controlling within Global Service Operations. You will forecast, plan budgets, and review costs across global cost centers, collaborating with technical and business partners to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Fluency in English is required and German is advantageous; SAP and BI tool proficiency is expected to drive reporting quality and process improvements.

Qualificações

• At least three years of professional experience in financial controlling/FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with SAP and BI tools for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data for decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders; English required; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting & Budget Planning for Romanian and other global Cost Centers of GSO.
• Cost Review of Actuals in close cooperation with technical and business partners.
• Commercial check of invoices.
• Manage and implement Service Agreements; invoicing to HQ and regions.
• Tax and audit clarifications.

You will be joining an exciting environment within the Global Service Operations (GSO) business of Gas Services Central. Operating within our Team of Finance Specialists and across other teams in various functions, you will be part of an open-minded commercial team where you will be more than welcome.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Forecasting & Budget Planning for Romanian and other global Cost Centers of GSO
• Cost Review of Actuals in close cooperation with all technical partners and business partners finance with GSO
• Commercial Check of invoices
• Manage and implement Service Agreements; Invoicing to HQ and Regions
• Tax and audit clarifications

What You Bring

• At least three years of professional experience in financial controlling, financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SAP and business intelligence tools, combined with a strong track record in process improvement and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to interpret complex financial information to support business decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different hierarchy levels;
• Fluency in English is required, and German is an advantage.
