Actual Talent is seeking an accomplished Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead the development of a flagship hyperscale data center campus in Portugal. You will shape strategy, organization, and technical standards from inception through commissioning, reporting to the board and executives.

You will build the team, drive capital delivery of €300M+ deployments, coordinate permits, grid interconnects, and vendor relationships, while ensuring EHS and quality standards across sites.

Qualificações

• 15+ years senior executive leadership delivering major capital programs.
• Experience leading €300M+ greenfield deployments from inception to commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of European permitting and design frameworks (RIBA-like)

Responsabilidades

• Lead master development strategy for hyperscale campus in Portugal.
• Oversee capital expenditure budget and PMO governance.
• Coordinate with real estate, grid interconnects, permits, and vendors.
• Report progress to executive leadership and investors.
