Samlino Group in Lisbon invites you to join its International Graduate Program as a Founder's Associate. You will work on strategic initiatives across three markets and travel to and work with our teams in multiple locations. The program is designed to accelerate your growth in leadership and project management.

The role offers hands-on responsibilities, mentorship from senior teams and the founder, and a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.
